Please use this form to register your firm and Advisers to enable mortgage business to be submitted to the Society or to amend details of your existing registration.

We have now implemented an automated registration service and therefore it is essential that all information you provide is factual and correct. Failing to do so may result in delays when processing the registration, along with the data the Society holds being incorrect.    

Please note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.

A suitably authorised individual within the firm is someone who is a named individual on the FCA Register.
The Business Development team may contact you via email regarding your registration form should we require further information.

The principal contact must be a suitably authorised individual whom we can verify from the FCA register.

An email will be sent to them from the Business Development team to authorise that the adviser's listed on the registration form are authorised to work under the firm's FCA.

Please supply the email address as stated from the FCA register.

If you are completing this registration as a suitably authorised individual and you have named yourself or another suitably authorised person as the principal contact, please supply an email address which we can verify from the FCA register.

The Business Development team will get in touch with the principal contact via email upon receipt of this registration to confirm that the advisers listed on the form are authorised to work under the firm's FCA.
